If it weren’t for Kim and Kenny at Playa Grande Rentals and Tours, we would have never been able to experience Costa Rica the way we did. We got to see and do things we would have never imagined, all thanks to them. The excursion included horseback riding, hanging bridges, pristine waterfalls and hot springs (see pictures). They made sure to tailor an excursion just for our crew, including all the attractions that were important to us. Their attention to detail and passion for what they do, really shows. Super impressed with their service. We have 3 GREAT experiences with this company and want to share: 1. We rented two Navi's to get around for our two-week vacation and it was the best decision we made. Not only did we get to see the local side of Tamarindo, Playa Grande, Flamingo Beach, and other areas, but it was nice to do errands on the bike too - quick and easy. Cheap on Petro too!! The bikes were basically brand new and rode like a charm. Very easy to ride. Easily fit my husband and I on one and my brother and his wife on the other. Ken the owner, came and picked us up and dropped us off. Will definitely rent again and highly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent. 2. We also booked an ATV tour through this company - was beyond our expectations. Communication was always on point with no guessing! It had rained the night before and it was such a cool experience to ride through the mud and water, rode through some jungle, got to hear some howler monkeys, rode through the local towns. We went to three beautiful beaches, and got a bit of history at each spot from the tour guide - it was amazing and for sure an unforgettable experience! Kids enjoyed it and the group loved it. We rented 4 ATVs and a side-by-side. Fantastic!! Highly Recommend. Ages of our kids (7, 5, 4, 2 years) 3. Now since we had such a fantastic experience with Playa Grande Rentals and Tours, we decided at the end of our trip to book the Catamaran experience as well. The owners ended up booking us a sweet catamaran with the best crew, very professional. We had it all to ourselves, with a slide off the boat, snorkeling, and a big floatie to lounge. Lunch was great on board with drinks made for us on demand- service was great. The captain let the kids "drive" the boat. On the way back we were fortunate enough to see Whales (which is apparently rare) and a school of dolphins jumping and swimming up between the catamaran - it was so magical!! Don't walk, run, and book this experience! AAA+ The owners are honestly the most kindest, genuine people I've come across. It was so easy to work with them and the level of trust was never questioned. Thank you, Kim and Ken - you made our Costa Rican vacation one we will never forget!!

5 Star customer service! FAST, reliable scooter! And a great value. Delivered to my hotel. If you find yourself in the area without transportation, rent a scooter for an amazing experience. I visited Tamarindo & Flamingo from Playa Grande. So glad I was able to explore the area. I cannot wait to come back. Will rent again.
